Our Story
The idea of creating a better patient experience came back in 2012 by our founder. While caring for his daughter which was diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy at the age of 8 month old, he spent several months in the hospital as she received treatment. Though the providers provided exceptional service, the family still found themselves sleeping on chairs for several days at a time, not wanting to eat because that would require them to leave the bedside, and arguing over the care plan that the family agreed upon when first diagnosed.
That experience made us realize that there is a much better way to administer healthcare. It made us realize that the industry as a whole is the only industry that does not prioritize the patients experience. Our mission is to reinvent the way in which healthcare is being administered we understand that our environment dictates how we feel and communicate, and are working to reinvent the patient experience.

For our patients, we want them to push themselves to live the healthiest lives they can. For our providers and staff, we want them to push themselves in understanding what a calling they have in caring and having a direct impact on peoples lives.
We believe that collaboration engenders creativity and outsized impact more than hyper-specialized or individualistic approaches to solving problems. We value collaboration between patients and providers, and between our team members.
It is our obligation to treat each and everyone of our patients as if they are our family. The truth is, whoever we are treating is someones Mother, Father, Brother, Sister, Husband, Wife, etc.
