besa Health’s Image Orders Policy

besa Health Partner Imaging Provider

besa Health has developed strategic partnerships with imaging companies in the demographic area it serves Patients. This is done in an effort to reduce the fragmentation between the diagnostic imaging company and the care providers. Because of this, all X-ray and Ultrasound diagnostic testing will be handled through our Partner Imaging Provider.

In which case the imaging partner cannot dispatch a tech for some reason, they or a care team member will be sending you an order form for United Medical Imaging to perform tests.

Virtual Visits

For all virtual visits, we will be sending an order to our mobile imaging partner to perform images at your home. If for some reason this cannot be done, or you would prefer to get your imaging done at a lab, we will send your order to United Medical Imaging and they will contact you within one week to schedule an appointment.

In-Person Visits

For all in-person visits, our mobile imaging partner will come to the clinic to collect their images and send to the radiologist for interpretation. We do this to ensure you’re comfortable and receiving the best possible care. If you would prefer to get your imaging done at a lab, we will send your order to United Medical Imaging and they will contact you within one week to schedule an appointment.

Partner Imaging Info

• All imaging will be billing your insurance or you separately
• Our imaging partner comes to the clinic on a rotating schedule
• Your care manager is in constant contact with the tech that will be taking your images.
