besa Health Partner Pharmacy
besa Health has developed strategic partnerships with pharmacies in the demographic area it serves Patients. This is done in an effort to reduce the fragmentation between the Pharmacy and the Care Providers. Because of this, all medications will be handled through our Partner Pharmacy unless the following reasons occur:
- Medication shortage
- Fulfillment issues
- We find a cheaper prescriber for your medication
- Patient requests the medication be sent to another pharmacy.
In which case the pharmacy or care team member will re-route the prescription to a pharmacy nearest you.
Virtual Visits
For all virtual visits, your medication will be delivered to your address within 1 business day. If for some reason this cannot be done, or your medication is needed immediately, we will re-route the prescription to your nearest pharmacy.
In-Person Visits
For all in-person visits, your provider will send in your prescription order while you’re being treated. Your medication will be dropped off at the clinic prior to you leaving the doctors office. In the case the pharmacy is backed up, we ask that you please wait for a few minutes in the lobby as the carrier drops off your prescription.
External Pharmacy
We have the ability to send your prescription anywhere for fulfillment. In the case our partner pharmacy is not able to fulfill your prescription, we will send your prescription to the pharmacy of your choosing.

- Your insurance requires a prior-auth to accept coverage.
- Medication shortage
- Various other possibilities
