Do I need a credit card to book an appointment?

We require a valid credit or debit card on file for all appointments. Payment for your initial visit will depend on whether you pay a flat fee or use insurance, and will be due at the beginning of your appointment. After your visit, your bill will be adjusted based on the total cost of the treatments or services you received and your insurance benefits (if relevant).

Why is besa Health unable to verify my insurance?

There may be times when your insurance plan can’t be verified. For example: Your insurance information may be inaccurate or out of date, or the insurance company’s eligibility system may not respond. We will always be in contact with you the besa Health Patient app if we are unable to verify benefits. In cases where we are unable to verify your insurance at the time of your visit, we will charge you the flat rate for this service.

Can anyone be seeing by the besa Health team?

As of right now, besa Health is only treating adults in California. Be sure to check for updates to see our expansion in other States and patient demographics.
