Using the besa Health App

Recently, we’ve started rolling out health care to besa Health patients. Our approach to omnichannel care means you should be able to have a laceration looked at, get your labs or other health care needs taken care of, and enroll in a chronic care program for something like diabetes or hypertension — all with the same healthcare team. Our patient app includes all of the essential features.
- Appointment Scheduling: patients are able to book onsite and virtual appointments directly through their app.
- Patient Records: See all your medical records in one app. No need to call your physician to have them send over documents. Your health – in your hands.
- Live Chat: Connect with your Care Manager and your entire Care Team through a HIPPA compliant chat.
- Virtual Meetings: Book and attend virtual appointments directly through your app.
- Manage Tasks: Manage all your health related tasks such as follow-up appointments, Rx refills, etc. all in one place.
Booking Appointments?
Your healthcare journey begins by first scheduling an appointment with our primary care providers.
- From your home page select “Book Appointment” of click on the calendar icon at the bottom of your screen.
- Choose whether or not you want a virtual or on site appointment.
- Select the type of appointment you would like.
- Pick the day and time and explain the reasoning for your appointment.
What Happens After the Appointment is Scheduled?
You will see an appointment card on your home screen. In addition, we will send you reminders about your scheduled appointment. Prior to your appointment please be sure to click on the appointment card to see if there are any pending items that need to be completed prior to arrival.
What can I expect for my First Visit?
First time patients is something we look forward to as we love to hear the excitement from our patients voice. besa Health is unlike any other healthcare provider and we are so happy that you’re going to experience it.
