Join Virtual Appointment

Follow the steps below to access your virtual visit waiting room.

Before you can enter your waiting room, a few things must be completed. First and foremost you must have an appointment showing in your app. When a virtual visit is created an appointment card will be displayed on your home screen. Look below for the proper steps to see your doctor.

1. After you create an appointment, the appointment card will be added to your homepage. Click on the card to open the details.
   
2. The appointment details screen will slide up. From here you can see all action items and appointment related items. If anything needs to be updated or changed please be sure to do that through this page. If your insurance requires a Copay, you will see the copay field at the bottom.
   
3. Be sure to click on the copay field and pay the required copay prior to clicking on the Enter waiting room button. You will be able to pay with the payment method you added on file.
   
4. When all information is accurate and copay is completed you will be able to enter the waiting room.
   
5. In most cases, your provider will already be on the call. In the case they are not yet in the meeting room, you will see this screen until they enter.
   
6. Your visit will then begin :). Our mission is to give you the very best healthcare experience. If for any reason we did not meet your expectation, please feel free to inform your Care Manager for possible remedies.
